All Zeni data is stored locally on your device. There is no central server storing your personal information. Deletion is immediate and permanent — we cannot recover it once deleted.

Launch the Zeni – AI Assistant app
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar
Scroll down to the "Privacy & Data" section
Confirm the action in the dialog — all your data will be deleted immediately and permanently
⚠️ This action is immediate and irreversible. All your chats, tasks, notes, and preferences will be permanently deleted from your device.
For users who no longer have access to the app
Provide your name and email address used with the app
Our team will send a confirmation email within 48 hours
Since all data is local, we'll provide instructions to clear any remaining local storage tied to the app
When you delete your data, the following is permanently removed from your device:
All chat history and conversations
All to-do items and tasks
All notes and summaries
Your name and profile
Selected AI persona
All app preferences and settings
